How did you come up with the idea for your product or service?

As a woman in a male-dominated industry I saw the need for help of other women as myself to find first jobs, I then had the opportunity to hire some freelancers to help with my clients needs and found out that I could create a design and development agency and to be a tech leader for these women helping them have their first real world experiences. My clients were satisfied with fast delivery and were indirectly helping minorities to thrive in the beginning of their career.

I began writing an application that I needed for my own business. Then found some people in similar industries and set it up for them to get them using it. Personally, if I don't use it myself, development tends to lack.

I found myself struggling with managing my daily tasks and meeting deadlines. I realized this was a common problem among people and saw an opportunity to create a solution. I'm a software developer, and my partner is a product designer. We decided to build a task management app that would help individuals stay organized and productive. We worked hard for months to develop a user-friendly interface and various features to meet the needs of different users. After months of hard work and dedication, we successfully launched our app and quickly gained popularity among individuals. Our app helps people achieve their goals, and it drives our business.

It's just that more and more startups started to appear in #web3 that were looking for funding. And that's exactly what we're about.

Initially I was a deep expert in the field of development and that was a reason of why I knew the pains of customers and what do they need.

We pivoted from the data of our previous idea.

After years of working with marketers and sales persons, seeing how many things they had to handle on their own, decided to jump in.
