One of my go-to strategies is maintaining a constant feedback loop with users. Understanding their pain points and needs often triggers innovative solutions.

The two projects I’ve shipped in the past year were addressing problems I have/had. The next project I’m shipping is just of personal interest. Building is easy (for me), marketing is hard. Something I learned pretty quickly when I started marketing byebyefitness.com was that search volume on my keywords is extremely low so I’m still working on exactly how to promote it. I didn’t expect it to be even a $10,000/year business but I did expect more from search ads 😅

They are usually random issues that I happen to come by when talking to people. You just sit there and go, “wouldn’t it be nice if….”
