imo, it really helps if you're in a Sales/Customer Solution role for several years in a specific industry. Gradually, you build a client/customer list with whom you can remain engaged throughout the year through F2F meets, newsletters. Eventually, when there are sufficient members - you can onboard them on a platform (e.g.: Facebook groups, slack, discord, whatsapp, telegram, etc.)

We are developing a new social media platform which also helps people manage their community for any purpose (It has a strong moderation scope, so any purpose is not any purpose - wetlk's Ts&Cs apply).
