I start my day with a list of things I must do. As soon as they're done, I take time for something nice like booking a trip, shopping, or simply walking outside.

These are some of the most useful things I've done working from home. Set boundaries: Set boundaries with family and friends to let them know when you are working and when you are available. Use noise-canceling headphones: Use noise-canceling headphones to help block out any distracting noises.
Working from libary/coffee shop, otherwise I just cant focus…

@amitay_gilboa_design what happens to me is that there are no libraries I can work, and coffee shops are too noisy to focus. Have you tried coworkings before?
1. Going out.
2. Use headphones.
3. Talk with family to set expectations.
But...
The biggest gamechanger is: choose one place for one form of activity. Do not play games and do productive stuff at the same desk - as you are doomed to fail in the latter!
