I am a mere believer that defining work is more challenging than doing the work itself.
Hence, take the first hours of the week to define what you what to do in a simple format, then put on the gas no brakes mode🙌🏻

Silly hack but powerful when it is implemented:
"Make your school as workspace, whereas make your workspace as a school/college"
I honestly love my job so I look forward to it as opposed to being stressed about it. But also swimming and sports help boost my endorphins, as well as delicious baked goods my friend spoils me with at the start of every new work week 8) So I doubly look forward to it ahaha
I practice mindfulness and breathing exercises to stay calm and focused.

I used to jump in straight to work first thing in the morning.
Nowadays, I go for a long walk on Sundays and think about the most important tasks and how they help me reach my goal.
In the evening I create a list in my notebook and plan just enough tasks for 2-3 hours of deep work a day.
I spend the rest of the day on a Manager schedule - talking with customers, writing emails, interacting on social media, etc.
Plus I start my days with 5-10 minutes of meditation and a walk with coffee!
