Coffee FOR SURE. But every Monday I spend the first 30 minutes of my day prioritizing for the week - I find that activity helps me settle into the new week a little more smoothly than if I just dove right into doing things.
Grinding fresh coffee and making a good cup of it.. while outlining the tasks of the day. But i never start work immediately! First i take around 1 hour playing any PC or mobile game that stimulates my brain .. mostly games with base building or problem solving .. i find that really helpful to get focused :)

I get up and plan, do todos, time boxing things into my calendar and I go to the gym. Letting my brain work those problem in the the background and after the gym is when my work really starts.

Take a morning walk outside before you get into heavy work. Helps clear the mind and get some exposure to fresh air and daylight.
Also, these days I try to drink matcha tea instead of coffee to keep more consistent energy levels :).

Meditate to help with brain fog

Just spend that 45 mins to 1 Hr on Sunday writing down stuff you wanna try the coming week and what didn't work for you last week and why. I call that as "ZeroAnxiety Hour" for me. Monday mornings are much clearer with this and that 1 hr so relaxing when you settle your mind dust of last week on paper. Stick it at your work desk and see your day start off with good energy.
Good morning everyone,
Monday mornings can be a bit of a drag, but I always try to start the day with a positive attitude and a fresh perspective. For me, a cup of coffee is a must, as well as a healthy dose of humor to help shake off any lingering brain fog.
I try to approach each day with a "can-do" attitude and that goes for Monday mornings as well. So, whether you're a coffee person or not, try to start the week off on the right foot and make the most of your Mondays.
