How do you start your Monday Morning? Coffee? Brain fog?

Less common symptoms included dizziness, blurred vision and tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Symptoms tended to come and go over a period of months. Most patients improve over time, but not all. Just 64 percent said they felt better after five months, but the vast majority still reported "intense fatigue." thank you

Usually put on an episode of "A state of trance" by Armin on Youtube, get my lighting right in my office, sit down with a cup of coffee, and then go over the issues for the day and picking out what I want to start with first. Pretty much my everyday routine actually!
