Write a plan for what I accomplished the week prior, what I am going to work on today and what areas I am blocked in progressing and an action plan of how to get past it.
I cook my breakfast. Nothing like freshly made bread and food to start off the day

Every morning starts with 3 or more Italian espressos, it oils the joints too, if working from home then gardening brings to the surface the better ideas that makes a huge difference.
