I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week.

As far as mental health, I try to keep a steady meditation practice and completing morning pages.
Physically, sleep is the first priority. A great night's sleep just sets your day in motion in such a great way. Quality sleep also improves the likelihood of me getting other stuff done like running, yoga, and eating well.
My Whoop band has been really helpful in helping my track my sleep and recovery.
* pilates/light weights every day
* meal prep to save money and cook healthy food in advance, and try to sneak in as many veggies to recipes as possible!
* reading for mental health
