How do you stay healthy?

Being a founder/builder is a lot of work and can take its toll on your health. What's your strategy for staying healthy? I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week. What's yours?

Hired a trainer for myself and my wife, and we've instilled a culture of personal responsibility and healthy living in our company. Positive group accountability goes a long way!

exercise half hour a day + eat twice a day ( 1 healthy + 1 mix|free|enjoyable|beer/social ) + good sleep

Hired a trainer. Then I don’t have to think about what I’m doing, I just have to get in my car to drive over there. I show up and once I’m there, there’s no going back. And paying a trainer aligns your pocketbook with your goals and intended habits.

Great question! For me it's water, meditation, 8+ hours of sleep, iron supplements, yoga, lactose-free diete :)

Hi guys) so when you work in the office make sure that your laptop is on the right height, you have hydration spray for your face, you do walking breaks and drink more than 2liters of water))))

-Pet parent to two puppies; taking them on 30 min walks at the start and end of the day helps me disconnect -15 min mediation mid-day everyday
