What's your strategy for staying healthy?
I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week.

I go to Jiu Jitsu at least 3x a week and take 10min per day to meditate.

Eat more healthy food, exercise more, and have regular physical examinations

eat healthy, sleep early (7-8 hours) and do regular exercise.
I hate running, I don't usually do that.
But 5 times a week a I hit the gym, trying to eat healthy, drinking a lot of water (Using WaterMinder app helps me a lot), Good sleep.
When I have a meeting and it's not necessary for me to sit in front of my laptop, I take my headphones, connect to the meeting from my mobile phone and go for a walk and solve the meeting while walking.
