I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week.
What's yours?
Hired a trainer for myself and my wife, and we've instilled a culture of personal responsibility and healthy living in our company. Positive group accountability goes a long way!

exercise half hour a day + eat twice a day ( 1 healthy + 1 mix|free|enjoyable|beer/social ) + good sleep
