I prefer to spend 30 minutes working out daily. At first, I found it so hard to insist. But later on, I am used to it and even started to add time. Besides, staying happy and eating healthy is also essential.
I'm trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. I work out regularly in the gym, but also I recently started practicing yoga. Generally, I sit most of the day due to my work and therefore I was suggested to try yoga. As it is stated on the Yanva yoga website, everyday yoga protects the spine, prevents cartilage, joint breakdown and increases blood circulation. Hence, yoga is the best option for me as I mostly lead a sedentary life.

Activity is life - this is my moto. As for me, the more I move, the better I feel. I visit the gym three days a week, always walk in the evenings. I try to follow a healthy diet. I mean no fatty, junk food, I don't drink sugary water and always take my daily Canadian pharmacy vitamins. I follow a sleeping schedule, as it holds you in balance. Also, my hobby is hiking, so it's another physical activity I like.

Swimming 5x a week. It helps me ground and get rooted after long strenuous workdays.
