How do you stay healthy?

Being a founder/builder is a lot of work and can take its toll on your health. What's your strategy for staying healthy? I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week. What's yours?

I do not starve, I eat nutritious food. I run every other day, ride my bike.

Going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I notice a huge difference, both in body and mind. Highly recommend doing any kind of physical activity.

Great Question? Entrepreneurs work long hours and ignore food, diet and sleep which are all important. Most of all exercise. We just launched on PH today do check us out.

Hey Adrian I love this question! As far as mental health, I try to keep a steady meditation practice and completing morning pages. Physically, sleep is the first priority. A great night's sleep just sets your day in motion in such a great way. Quality sleep also improves the likelihood of me getting other stuff done like running, yoga, and eating well. My Whoop band has been really helpful in helping my track my sleep and recovery.
