How many of you are running a startup as a foreign founder with a U.S. entity?

We’ve been talking to dozens of global founders launching Delaware C-Corps and they’re often left in the dark on U.S. tax and compliance.
Curious how many folks here are in that same boat? What’s been the hardest part?

I founded my company in Italy, and the bureaucracy here is killing me.
I’m currently in the process moving it abroad.
Although I could save some money in countries like Estonia or Delaware, I believe London offers the best trade off.
Have you considered it?

@alessandro_afloarei that's interesting, Alessandro. Our startup is in the USA and has a US founder, but we have clients - US entities with foreign founders. If you ever need help with Delaware taxes, we will be happy to help.
Honestly, (I am not from the US – I am a European), but I wanted to found a company in the US, studied C-corp a lot, but found some hidden traps (like federal taxes if you have a US client, or pass-through entity – I had to pay my all taxes here anyway) + there would be more administration costs.
Bottom line: It wouldn't be advantageous for me. Anyway, love to see/hear how people approach it.
Many found their companies in Estonia, Cyprus and Georgia.
