How quickly do you reach for your phone in the morning?

We are increasingly connected to our phones which can make it difficult to fully unplug or be present at times. Once you wake up to start your day, how quickly do you reach for your phone to check your mentions, emails, etc?

The moment I wake up. That's something I have to learn and control.

Other than an alarm I aim to not use it for at least the 30mins of the morning

I check the weather immediately and turn on Spotify, but I don't let myself check anything else until I get to work.

My phone is my alarm as well, and that means I reach out to it as soon I get up.

Reaching for my phone immediately I wake is basic instinct. This is because it's my notepad, bible and most times, alarm. I usually don't check emails till breakfast.
