How was your Q3 2025: Reflect your quarter

Every quarter, we recap together what we set for ourselves and whether we managed to achieve it.

This is how I set my goals 3 months ago and... well, I'm not the most satisfied with results, 😅 but I will honestly and transparently announce my quarterly activities:

My goals for Q3 2025:

👉 Edit 30 Short videos I have recorded

❌ I haven't edited a single one. Upss. 😅

👉 Publish 30 Twitter posts on Twitter during September.

✅ This is the last day of publishing, tomorrow, I will analyse the stats.

👉 Prepare a strategy for growing the newsletter in terms of paid subscribers

❌ Nope, only gathered resources.

👉 Prepare a lead magnet for newsletter and form of delivering (social media posts)

❌ I have a lead magnet, but haven't published any posts about that. 😬

👉 Co-organise offline event (more prompt people in the team :D)

✅ This one was the most successful and honestly am the proudest.
Our hackathon had 70 participants, 10 sponsors, and one team even monetised their shipped product. We are considering other countries.

👉 Keep exercising, learning 3 languages, reading and travelling

✅ Somehow managed that – have visited Germany, Austria, Denmark and Sweden.

Other very pleasant things:

😊 I became a buddy for one guy, so we discuss things and try to push each other

🏃‍♀️ Joined a running club

🎙️ Was interviewed

💰 Fully funded Kickstarter campaign in 4 days in collab with a client

🎉 Became the Top VC influencer in Europe for Slovakia, according to some LinkedIn guy
