If you're not 100% about the exact target audience despite interviewing a large bunch of them, would you rather: (a) spend more time in researching the right target audience OR (b) open your service to 3 or more user types OR (c) develop on the one whichever gives slightly more confidence first and change it when there is more conviction on other types What makes you convinced about it?
