I want to support dev tool launches for free (obviously)
Hey there,
I am Nikolas and with my 30+ team we like giving back to the community. So, while I cant support every project that launches every day (I can barely keep up so somedays I dont even log on PH), I do want to make an effort for dev tool projects, especially those helping with AI code assistants (and platforms that could help me evaluate their effectiveness), IDEs, productivity tools and more. I am also interested in SaaS products with an API or simply APIs, especially APIs that leverage AI and can help developers build better (and faster).
lets connect here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/nikolasdimitroulakis/
(its better if you connect with me a few days before your Launch instead of the same day).
p.s. I dont plan a launch for now but might do one later this year for a tool I open sourced.
cheers,
Nikolas

This is a thoughtful way to engage with the dev community . I’m working on tools around AI-assisted devoplemnt , and I’ll reach out ahead of time rather than on launch day so there’s space for real feedback.
@susie_johns I appreciate your openness to dev tools, especially in AI and productivity. I’m building in this area as well, and I’ll make sure to connect early if I prepare a launch later this year.

@susie_johns awesome, looking forward to seeing what you are working on! I dont like to be cynical about PH launches (and what you can expect to get from them) but I would say just focus on making a kick ass tool.
Love this. Developer tools do especially well on PH when makers start connecting a bit before launch instead of showing up the same day and hoping for magic. PH itself basically says getting familiar with the community ahead of time matters a lot.
Also makes sense coming from ApyHub since you’re already deep in the API/dev tools world.
Really generous offer — early support is way more valuable than last-minute hype.

@alpertayfurr yes exactly :)
From my side I dont plan to launch anything very soon. But I did open source this one: https://github.com/VoidenHQ/voiden, if you deal with APIs, welcome to have a look. This is a community tool so I am not sure how meaningful PH can be but I certainly want devs to have a look and try.
