It also lowers the attention span of its users and presents a wrong impression of reality.
If I had the power to withdraw one technology, it might be recommendation algorithms. These algorithms are pervasive across modern digital platforms, and while they do provide content that aligns with user preferences, they also encapsulate people within personalized information bubbles, effectively creating an information cocoon.
