Mental health is a widely recognized and extensively discussed subject across numerous organizations, and this week happens to be dedicated to raising awareness about it.
I'm curious to know if your company has implemented a mental health policy, as well as what measures you personally take to prioritize your own mental well-being.

well I , May have some mental health But , an NDIS Company is removing my mental health.
“Rest is work too” — I remind my team and myself of this often. Energy management is just as important as time management, if not more important. :)
Few things I do to take care of my energy and mental health:
- start every day with saying 3 gratitudes out loud
- no phone in bedroom, so I wake up with no ability to grab my tech
- I found the intuition journal on Amazon and it’s fabulous, I’m on my second one and use it most mornings
- intentional and hyper aware of developing my “autopilot” aka what my habits are when I’m just going. I became aware of this concept a few years ago and since then have shifted my habits so much that my autopilot now engages in behaviors that serve my mental health instead of destroy it

To maintain my mental well-being, I prioritize connecting with others and make sure to maintain a support network of friends and family.

Fostering acceptance first, feels for me as the no one step for self care and well-being. Is there use to try posing things to do to improve your mental health without first being kind to your self? What happens if you fail to meet you routine? do you punish your self?

I exercise daily and take regular break from work.
I personally don't prefer to be workoholic. It ruins your health and family both.
Taking some time off from work helps a lot

Nothing from the team - but meditation, working-out, keeping a journal, keeping a group of good friends all really helps :)
Cheers peeps!
