just give yourself time to relax, go outside, meet friends/fam or even new people. i'm geting so much inspo for these things.

Scheduling daily and weekly breaks (if they are on my calendar, it's less likely I'm missing them), physical activity, taking one full day to engage with something non-related to work or study (friends, family, etc).

Sports - a 45 min routine every morning that is having a different type of sport every day: weight training, cycling, calisthenics, movement training, swimming and weekends bouldering. Having something different every day makes it very enjoyable!
