Great question! would love to see where this goes.
I think it depends what stage of the business you're in. If your just starting , nothing beats going out and talking to people DIRECTLY. Then there are discussion forums like reddit etc as well.
@chetan_natesh We as co-founders talk to almost each and every one of our customers to understand the needs to constantly re-check on the realities on the ground, This keeps us in par with the market direction and upcoming dynamics
