Q3 2025: Set your goals in business for upcoming 3 months

My goals for Q3 2025:
👉 Edit 30 Short videos I have recorded
👉 Publish 30 Twitter posts on Twitter during September
👉 Prepare strategy for growing newsletter in terms of paid subscribers
👉 Prepare a lead magnet for newsletter and form of delivering (social media posts)
👉 Co-organise offline event (more prompt people in the team :D)
👉 Keep exercising, learning 3 languages, reading and travel
TL;DR: For this summer season, I have reduced the number of goals, and it will be more about preparation and getting ideas.

Love this energy. For Q3, mine’s pretty chill but focused:
👉 Ship my side project MVP
👉 Post twice a week on X about the dev/build journey
👉 Clean up my GitHub and make a mini portfolio
👉 Maybe touch grass once or twice 😅
Mostly just trying to stay consistent and not burn out.

My goals for Q3 2025:
👉 Launch our MVP prototype for our mobile app: MVP.ai
👉 Amass 100 beta testers by August 31st
👉 Prep and post social media marketing and advertising content 4-5x a week consistently
👉 Complete 5-6 chapters of "The Lean Startup" by Eric Roes (such a gem I was recommended, doing the same!)
👉 Keep consistently working out and reaching sub-18% BF!
