He’s my check list on the do’s: ☑️ Use inertia transitions to create a premium and really nice to use feel. ☑️ Gain inspiration from world class products that have already researched what people love. E.g. look at the UX on an iPhone. ☑️ Simple Dashboard, especially on initial login. Nothing worse than overwhelming a new user. ☑️ Make it highly visual. Use icons and screenshots so hints and tips can be digested in seconds not minutes. ☑️ Create space around elements of the UI. It’s far easier to read and use when things are not crammed together. ☑️ Keep it as simple as possible. Few clicks as possible, few words as possible. But with making sure the user fully understands it. I hope this is useful @aaronoleary I’ll think of a great question as well 😂

cool event! product experience is a nuanced game, isn't it? do listen to your users, but don't let them dictate your vision. do iterate fast, yet don't forsake long-term strategy for short-term gains. do focus on onboarding, but don't neglect the 'aha moment' and retention. don't assume features equal value. sometimes, less is more. do measure KPIs, but don't lose sight of qualitative insights. stories matter. don't forget accessibility. an experience for all is an experience for the long haul. do encourage user-generated content, but don't let it dilute your brand voice. don't ignore micro-interactions. the devil and delight are in the details. do test and learn. but don't forget, not all data is good data. it's a balance, always. can't wait to hear insights from the Sprig team.

Dos: User-Centric Design: Prioritize user needs and preferences in the design process. Clear Navigation: Ensure an intuitive and easy-to-navigate user interface. Feedback Integration: Collect and act on user feedback to enhance the product continuously. Consistent Branding: Maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. Performance Optimization: Prioritize speed and performance for a seamless user experience. Don'ts: Ignoring User Feedback: Avoid dismissing or neglecting valuable user feedback. Overcomplicating Design: Keep the user interface simple and avoid unnecessary complexity. Inconsistent Messaging: Ensure that communication and messaging are clear and align with the brand. Ignoring Performance Issues: Address performance issues promptly to prevent user frustration. Neglecting Accessibility: Avoid overlooking accessibility features that ensure inclusivity for all users.
