Be proud of yourself.Never revenge no matter what people thrown on you just dont mind them instead keep silent and let them realize what hurtful words they throw on you.
Don't assume people know what they're doing or talking about, ask probing question to help articulate the problem and the stated solutions. Be kind and think of your coworkers as people not problems to solve or avoid.
