UXPin's code-to-design prototyping platform. You design using the same components developers are using with a WYSIWYG editor & the spec output is real React code which automatically renders components in developers' code editor. Saves a LOT of time in the handoff back & forth / iteration loops.
I use Sup.today for conducting standups and tracking team holidays.
It is quite cheap compared to its alternatives while offering similar features.

We come across site and tools everyday. But the only thing matters is if you remember to use it at the right time doing the right task. That's been the hardest part. mymind.com has been a gamechanger.
