What are some of the best under-the-radar tools that you know of or use?

by
I am a sucker of niche tools which are not as popular their other alternatives, but they get the work done just fine, or in some cases even better.

If you love data and SEO check https://trykeywordspy.com it's the only tool I know of that actually analyzes with the help of AI Google's on-page algos like BERT, RankBrain and Neural matching, also does a cool analysis of the Top 20 SERP for AI generated content / predictable text

Meeter (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...) is a life-changer for me on macOS — I can keep my Apple & Google Calendars closed while keeping track of how much time until my next meeting, then join with a simple hot-key (vs. fumbling around in said calendar apps for the bridge URL).

@mcgaritydasera sounds like a lifesaver! thanks for sharing, Matthew!
For code review on GitHub we use CodeApprove (https://codeapprove.com/) which provides a much more powerful interface. So much easier to jump around a review and also never loses track of which comments are resolved / need attention or whose turn it is.

Magnet (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...) is probably the app I use more than anything else on my MacBook Pro and external monitor. It makes organizing windows so easy, especially once you get comfortable with the hot keys.

I recently discovered a great tool - CRM combined with Project Management tool. It's called Doerkit.

I think @aydin_mirzaee has built an incredible asset for running a business smoothly and getting time back spent in meetings by allowing asynchronous meetings in what I find to have cant live without it status in our SAAS stack in his brilliant Fellow.App for meeting agendas. Simply brilliant. And Id tried other tools like Agenda, but Fellow takes the cake. I think as well known as it is, Grammarly needs to be leaned on more. And a perfect example of a tool less popular than its alternatives but incredible is Dialpad Meetings. Their frictionless method for guests to join is the best out there, and the AI in meetings offering post meeting transcripts that would make Otter jealous, is truly excellent. Also, they have hold music, and while I may be biased because I run a music based nonprofit, I see the smile it puts on everyoe's face. Dialpad Meetings rock. Lastly... there is one that hit my radar earlier today called Switchboard, and I think what they are cooking up has tremendous potential to surpass Dialpad and dare I say it...Zoom.

@aydin_mirzaee @jason_joseph1 thanks for sharing these amazing tools, Jason! Besides, Grammarly I hadn't heard or tried other tools - which I will now. 👍

I’ve tried nearly every well known project management tool out there. Click Up has the best features from all of them combined. Easy to use and integrates with all the popular existing productivity software programs and apps.
Swapnil D Puranik
@kc910 I am negatively biased towards ClickUp since it didn't fit my use-case, but yes overall its a solid tool.
