@cap_caz been thinking about actually printing things out to see them everyday :)) Thank you, will research this PARA system more 🙏
Just work :) I like sprints 2 x 90 minutes mornings. Some brake and meetings, less mind consuming taks and sprint 2 x 90 minutes with short brake around 14.00.

@janusz_mirowski sounds good man, thank you! Do you do something specific in your breaks or it's whatever makes you relax?

I would like to join to all top comments as all of them are truly helpful and works for me in this or that form. Well, I'll give my two cents: I turn off notifications from all the messengers, tools, whatever, except for calls (but also not from anyone).

@hkrols useless phone notifications definitely interrupt me waaay too much. Thanks for the hack, I'll now mute it 🙏

Underrated:
1. Remove all clutter, non-essential stuff from desk/workplace.
2. Non-digital, old-school IRL writing with pen(cil) and paper.
3. Browser extensions/apps to limit/prevent ads/social media.
4. Unsubscribe (i.e., Unroll.me) to all non-essential email/lists.
5. Limit social media following to curate and streamline feeds.
6. Read (i.e., Blinkist, Spreeder) and type (MonkeyType) faster.
7. Browser extension/policies to limit max number of open tabs.
8. Earplugs, earmuffs, noise isolating headphones, binaural beats.
