I have been thinking about this for a while. Pandemic, remote working, deadlines, with so much going on, do you find it challenging to cope with the mental stress?
How do you manage it? Are there some ideas that are effective for maintaining mental health?

Best
Breathing practices of any kind, regular fitness, or sports is a sure shot antidote. It works for me like magic. However, if one does not want to do that, then try simple karaoke at home. Music relieves wonderfully as well.
@amit_fittech Music, yes, this was missing from the list. I enjoy karaoke. The music masks my terrible singing skills. It's a great idea for a healthy dose of entertainment and letting off some steam. Thanks for commenting, Amit
