1. Brainstorm unique launch ideas (e.g. limited-time offers, exclusive access, etc.) 2. Create visually appealing Product Hunt listing with eye-catching graphics 3. Build excitement in advance of launch through social media, email campaigns, etc. 4. Plan interactive activities for launch day (e.g. Q&A sessions, live demos, etc.) 5. Collaborate with relevant influencers or bloggers to spread the word 6. Personalize outreach to upvoters and commenters 7. Offer incentives for early adopters (e.g. discounts, bonuses, etc.) 8. Collect and analyze feedback from users to continuously improve the product 9. Celebrate the launch with your team and stakeholders. What are some items that you would add to this checklist? I highly recommend Product Promo/Demo Video to amplify the launch. "53% of companies nominated for Product Hunt Golden Kitty Awards 2022 had a video on their launch page. 33% of the nominees with videos made it to the winners of the Golden Kitty Awards." These stats are from my video report analysis of the Golden Kitty Awards 2022 https://www.producthunt.com/post... Besides, according to Product Hunt, "53% of products that reached Product of the Day since 2021 include a video" https://www.producthunt.com/laun... Here is the list of things I would do before the launch - Focus on support from active profiles. In our case most of our votes came from our supporters who were not on PH previously and signed up to upvote. I think their votes don't matter as much as the ones who are active - Of the group you are sure that will support you but is not on PH ask them to sign up on PH before hand (a few weeks ago) so that their votes and comments become more relevant - Ask/request for comments from people who have a big following on PH. It matters far more that their upvotes. So make a list of such people you could reach out to on the day of launch. - When you tell people to support on PH ask them to upvote from the home page instead of directly landing on the link and upvoting - have the larger picture in mind. Its not just about getting upvotes or product of the day. Make sure you have a flow for people who actually like your product. A nice website, onboarding flow and a mechanism to reach out to them for feedback for overall improvement of the product or actual business.

Great summary! I would add a demo of the product itself to showcase what it can do in action :)

I would also suggest the addition of a Privacy disclosure link. Many users are trying to take back their online anonymity and providing straightforward details regarding your practices is always a best practice!
