- Build in public
- Build connection (Twitter is quite potential)
- Your 1st launch don't have to be perfect, launch it, validate and improve for the next version

Building a community is absolutely essential for any SAAS currently
For marketers, SaaS and not: Hotjar analytics are nice but you really should listen to your customer calls. When you do, everything works better and your copy converts. Period.
I spent years not doing this until I did and it's been a game-changer. Nothing sells better than speaking to your customers in their own words.
PS. I might be just a little bit biased in recommending https://www.trywingman.com, but you can use any tool you like to record and review your customer conversations.
-Just launch!! Ship and try to monetize very early: it will help you know what your customers are actually ready to pay for and avoid a month of development for nothing
-Talk to customers a lot: for Whaly, we've put a slack with our users and they ping us directly for feedback or issues
-If you have a big enough niche target audience, start doing marketing especially content as it will help you rank in SEO and build your inbound: we did it a bit late and are just starting now
