What are your favorite tools or platforms for managing customer relationships?

I think @HubSpot has done the best job of becoming the de facto CRM for startups. I used it at my last company because beyond normal CRM stuff, we also could create landing pages and lead gen flows from the same app. I'm not sure how many people use their events API but I also used it to avoid having to pay for something like @Mixpanel too.
