As someone already said, it has pros and cons:
Pros:
You can hire people based on their skills, not location
You can work with people from all over the world
It's said that companies with diversified teams make more money
You're in control of your work schedule
You don't waste time getting to work in the morning/evening
Cons:
It's harder to learn from experienced coworkers, especially for juniors
You might feel disconnected from your team
So ideally we need to take all pros and get rid of the cons))
Regardless of a Work-From-Home (WFH) or hybrid, the American Heart Association says; "workers spend more than 89% of their time sitting and are more likely to get illnesses and diseases due to their inactivity." I think we have to reinvent THE WAY we work! I am putting my energy (and my upcoming PH launch) in getting people active WHILE they work regardless of how or where.
I totally agree with Cezary. It very much depends on the management team.

Remote work is the future. But only for those people who know how to self-organize and search for information on their own. So every day there are more and more tools that can help in the work and at least you need to be able to find such tools. And of course you have to find the time to work and not to be distracted by small things.
