What are your views on remote work? Is this the future or just a phase?

Yes, it is the future. No doubt. People will find a work around life not live around work in the future.

Offices will likely never go away, and people will always prefer face-to-face to digital. But trends in the economy plus the ever-expanding range of benefits of remote work suggest that remote work isn't going anywhere. Employees and job seekers will expect these kinds of arrangements, and employers should prepare to offer them. We've already seen a significant increase in remote employees, but we can only expect things to heat up, which means that remote work really is the future of work.

I think it has both advantages and disadvantages.

In my opinion it's present and future but probably on a hybrid way always you can combinate them.

Depends on company size, culture, individual,...so many variables. Me personally, I have adapted to remote work after always being in an office my entire career. As long as the company believes in and sets boundaries, cares about the human, and supports its team, remote has so many advantages.
