What do you do to restore your energy?

Take a break. Take a walk/stroll. Do something non-work related for a bit.

Nature always helps. Should be a walk in the park or a road trip to a remote place.

Do sport. It's make me feel fresh and 100% charged. Surfing is one of the best way for me.

I listen Music or else sleep for some time ;)

Might be a slightly unconventional approach but I try and spend a full weekend by myself every 6 weeks or so. My usual schedule is normally so hectic, even on the weekends, so it's been a great way to recharge socially.

A quick short nap helps excellently for me.
