I tidy - not clean, not anything long and intense, but I put things in my most-used spaces back where they belong and try to clear surfaces off wherever possible. A clear space helps me relax more, for sure - feels like I have less to do!

I usually read some books, have some good food. Catch up with friends and family. Maybe spend some time on entertainment, watch some movies/TV shows.
