It's easy to get caught up in metrics and measurement, so on the weekends I try to focus on doing things for fun, like trying a new workout that I might be bad at or reading a "beach read" novel!
I generally spend time with my family/friends, take lot of long walks that typically pass through or end in a park, and silence my phone 🤫 . I also have a weekly bookclub that caps off every Sunday night. I read 50-70 pages that I then get to discuss with a group of my close friends each week over Zoom . Been going strong since 2014.
