In todays age we get stressed way to fast and retain Anxiety way to easily thru the day.
I think we can share with each-other all the different strategies that help us let go in these types of situations.

Music. I almost always work with my soundtrack playing. It doesn't provide any distractions for me but provides an atmosphere that helps me to be focused and move forward with my routine. Zero anxiety thanks to that. Though I'd say the levels of stress and anxiety you encounter depend more on the company's 'work atmosphere' and management than anything else.
