@joyce_kristjansson I've just started scheduling email clear out at the end of the day, yet somehow I always let other stuff inch into this space. Clearly I'm not motivated by it!
Well, it's kind of weird to write this but I once scheduled to turn off the laptop's charger. That's how much of a packed schedule I live in.😒

@software_guy I mean it sounds like that is one tightly packed schedule! Mine is not quite that detailed. I do have time booked in throughout the week to practice to German, which if I don't set aside, procrastination will always get the better of me.

It may sound strange but, breathing is a good thing to add to your schedule especially on those busy days where stress is more prevalent.
