Straight work. I have my phone turned on flight mode through the night, and turn it off only after my first work block is complete - around 10 am

Check Slack -> check emails -> coffee

breakfast (without any electronic devices nearby) then, sitting in front of a laptop all day :)
Zhao Naomi
@chris_uelzi I completely understand that once people start working in front of the computer, it's easy to sit for several hours or even a whole day. However, this is really bad for your spine, even if you're sitting on a so-called ergonomic chair. So please make sure to stand up and walk around every 1-2 hours, stretch your waist and relax. Set reminders for this.
I drink my coffee and plan the day ahead

At the office the first thing I do is say hi to everyone on my team and small talk, at home the first thing I do is check my schedule for the day and write out my to-do list
Zhao Naomi
@james_sukosd That was really nice! I strongly believe that engaging in small talk with teams before starting work can significantly boost team morale.

Each morning, I kickstart my day by reviewing my to-do list and setting clear priorities. Starting with a focused plan sets the tone for a productive and successful day ahead! πŸŒŸπŸ“
