What is your best Product Hunt tip?

I'm a new member, but from what I've seen, the more preparation and work you put into the launch, the more successful it is. It all starts with choosing the correct day (and time) and then promoting everything across your channels properly and vigorously. If done correctly, this can really make all the difference.

Be real! Be absolutely real and helpful. Being true goes a long way. Authenticity is the key here.

My best Product Hunt tip is to focus on creating a great product that solves a real problem for users. Product Hunt is a competitive platform, and the products that are most successful are those that offer real value to users. By focusing on creating a high-quality product that people are willing to pay for, you can increase your chances of success on Product Hunt.

Launch to gather feedback and become better. Don’t chase vanity metrics like the top spot of the feed.

I guess a good tip is to create an upcoming page. We've used split-screen mode in our upcoming (better than chat mode IMHO), short description, product video, and special offer for PH users.
