I’ve been using MyFitnessPal lately and it’s super helpful for tracking meals and nutrition. It even has a barcode scanner for quick logging. By the way, if you're into meal prep or need custom food related packaging, you might find this site handy. What’s your favorite app so far?

Hlo, I’ve tried a few, but MyFitnessPal is probably my favorite. The database is huge, it scans barcodes easily, and it makes tracking calories and macros simple. Other apps like Cronometer are great if you want more detailed nutrition info, but for everyday food logging, MFP is the one I keep going back to. https://pappadeauxmenu.com/

I’ve tried a few food-tracking apps over time, but the one I keep coming back to is MyFitnessPal. It’s easy to use, has a huge food database, and scanning barcodes saves a lot of time. I mainly use it to keep an eye on calories and portion sizes rather than tracking every single nutrient. I’ve also experimented with simpler apps, but this one feels the most reliable and practical for daily use.
