After facing failure, my go-to source of motivation is reflecting on past setbacks that I've overcome. It's a reminder that progress isn't linear and every failure is a step closer to success.
Perspective. You can write everything else you don't do as a failure, which would be very tragic to think about. Therefore, being okay with trying and failing is the only path to take.
