@jose_puga2 a good night's 7-8 hours sleep is so underrated! Sometimes I can push my productive hours by 1.5x if I have slept well.

@rucha_joshi8 Indeed. If I sleep well I can do 2x-2.5x better.

@rucha_joshi8 Yes I do, I work remotely and have flexible hours!

@vincent_lovell How many coffees do you consume during the day? 😅 I need at least 2.5 cups on an avg

@rucha_joshi8 Haha coffee doesn't agree with my stomach, but I have 1 sugarless energy drink with a B vitamin complex tablet every morning and few cups of strong English breakfast tea in the afternoons to keep me going.
