Our habits assist us in growing or limit our ability to do so. It is indeed notΒ an easy job to give up our bad habits and replace them with positive ones. It requires dedication and willpower.

One habit I want to cultivate is playing the guitar. Playing the guitar is a great way to relax and unwind after work and helps me become more creative in my music.

The one thing I want to develop in me is I cannot work constantly. I wish I can work constantly and complete my task and then move to other foul activities like checking my mobile etc.

drop- smoking, well I have almost done it. wasn't that difficult
