That's a great question to ask, love the answers here. For me, it's writing every morning for 30 minutes. I'm already doing morning pages, but I also want to have a habit of writing 30 minutes of "publishable" content in the morning before I do anything else. Been doing this for a few days now and loving it so far. I set an alarm in my phone to notify me at the right time, and another when the 30 minutes are up, so it's very much: open up the text editor and start writing. Don't do anything else. Write until the second alarm rings. Absolute tunnel vision. Works well for me :)

I need to develop proper time management and one habit I'd love and need to drop is subconscious self-sabotage.
Exercising every single day without fail is one of the finest habits you can have. This has nothing to do with strenuous weightlifting or marathon running. This involves engaging in moderately rigorous exercise to increase endorphin production and blood oxygenation.
When you develop this practice, you'll not only feel better physically but also more driven, mentally clearer, and emotionally stable. Exercise produces an almost euphoric effect without the need for any pharmaceuticals at all by releasing dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin into the system.
