What's one piece of advice you'd give your younger self at the start of your career?

Become the best version of yourself. Dont't try to become someone else. Everyones path is very individual.

Act on the ideas you have for side projects.

Be aware that your goals and dreams may change over time and that's ok. You don't need to hang onto something that no longer works for you just because it took an effort to get there.

Don't be afraid of trying new things out and putting yourself out there. This is the most effective way for me to learn new things and to be productive.

Be yourself and dont hestitate to fail

I would tell my younger self not to be afraid to try new things, take risks and put herself out there for opportunities.

You should aim high and reach for the stars if you want to win big. You don’t really know your capabilities until you put them to test.

It is important to voice your opinions, share ideas, and make yourself visible within your organization.

Try to be in the office. The more you can soak up information and learn from experienced coworkers and leaders the better. It's so much easier to do that if you're seeing them work and getting to ask questions vs. a handful of zoom calls.

Focus more on working with good mentors who are willing to spend time with you than compensation.
