Focus more on working with good mentors who are willing to spend time with you than compensation.

It's ok to change your job trajectory again...and again...and again.

Don't stay in one place too long. Branch out.

I would tell myself, don't be afraid! Travel, meet, take risks, speak. You are young but the world is not going to end because of a mistake, fall and get up, not everything should be perfect, not everyone should like you, be what you want to be. Time passes and there is only one life, one opportunity. Lives! 💪🏻

'You can learn programming in 6 months by yourself'. I've wasted years hesitating because I thought that I'm not smart enough to become a software developer, or at least can't learn it on my own while working full-time. But to think of it, I had perfect English, and solid engineering background - which were good starting points.
