TL;DR That you can upgrade a deployed smart contract! 🤔 . Yes, it is true that normally when we deploy smart contracts on the blockchain, it is designed so that modifying the deployed code is not allowed. . BUT, if you really need to modify the code on the contracts in some circumstances, apart from deploying another smart contract that has the bug fixed, and all information migrated, you can opt for "Upgrading smart contracts with Openzeppelin Upgradable Plugin." .
